What Services Do Your Pets Need During Your Appointment? (required)

Tech Only Preventative Care - Vaccinations, Heartworm Prevention, Heartworm Testing Veterinary Exam - Sick, injured, checkup. A $40 prepay is required (you can make this payment at https://square.link/u/6V9gy8yF or with a pets representative when you are contacted with the appointment date/time). The $40 is refundable, as long as we get at least 24 hour notice for cancellation.
