Underdog Express
Underdog Express is PETS Clinic's Wichita Falls dog rescue transport program with Helping Hounds in New York.
Feral Cat TNR
Feral Cat TNR is PETS Clinic's community-impact effort to humanely reduce free-roaming cat populations through Trap-Neuter-Return in Wichita Falls, Amarillo, and Lubbock.
