We were notified by text when he was out of surgery and how he was doing. Then notified when to pick him up. Our regular vet wanted over twice what it cost us at PETS for the exact procedure. We're on social security and it was a big help to us to have the option. When you check out they give you the opportunity to donate a few extra dollars. Please do...they're a vital service in the community! Teddy is doing great and we couldn't be happier with the process.
