We are Now a Full Service Veterinary Clinic. Please Read the Instructions Carefully Before Requesting an Appointment:
- Spay and Neuter Surgery Appointment Requests: Must be requested one at a time due to required information and signatures. Dogs and cats must be at least 3 pounds and 3 months old but under 6 years of age. Vaccinations and microchips are available during surgery appointments, separate appointments are not necessary. A vet tech will call you to go over any preventative care services you would like prior to surgery. Spay and neuter surgeries are available Monday through Friday. (Surgeries on English Bulldog canines, or Himalayan and Persian felines will require bloodwork at an additional charge and may be denied depending on factors determined by our veterinarians on a case by case basis.)
- All Other Appointment Type Requests: Other appointments include: 1. Tech only preventative care (vaccinations, microchipping, heartworm testing) – these appointment will not include a veterinarian exam. These appointments can include a nail trim free with any purchase, or nail trim only appointments are $10. Walkins are available for preventative care services only (services that do not require a veterinarian) Monday through Friday 8:45am – 3:00pm and the 3rd Saturday of each month from 8am – 12pm. Fecal testing is now available during walk-ins. Appointments are also available for preventative care services to minimize wait times. 2. Veterinary exams for sick or injured pets or general checkups, dentals, and any other veterinary service your dog or cat may need. Up to five pets may be requested for multiple appointment times with one form. Available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. A $40 prepay is required per pet for vet exams. This will be collected by our team when contacting you to schedule the date/time. The $40 is refundable, as long as we get at least 24 hour notice for cancellation..

Please remember we are a nonprofit clinic with limited staff and volunteers. We receive 1500 calls a week, 100 – 200 emails and voicemails per day, and we are working hard to return every communication. There is no reason to leave multiple voicemails or emails, as we will get back to you as soon as possible to get your appointment scheduled or resolve any issues you may have, but it may take up to five business days.
