We will hit 40,000 surgeries this year and couldn’t be more proud of our growth and progress in the Falls. Texoma will be hosting our first ever giving day on September 15, 2016. This is a very exciting opportunity for non-profits in Texoma. The Wichita Falls Area Community Foundation has joined forces with some really big names and set a goal of $750k to be raised in 1 day for 150 area non-profits. You can give to as many organizations as you like but we hope you remember P.E.T.S.
To make this day as simple as possible, we are asking animal lovers to start saving your change. Your nickels and dimes make a big difference in the lives of the pets we serve. We have numerous programs that greatly impact the quality of life for pets in our community like our Pantry, Hounds Habitat, and Chain-Off. Most importantly, we save lives. Every pet we spay or neuter prevents countless unwanted litters resulting in fewer euthanasia’s and more time for the rescues and shelters to find loving homes.
How can you be involved? Challenge your office, Sunday School Class, book club, etc to save their change and watch for more details on Texoma Gives on our Facebook page. Giving feels good! Spread the wealth and be the change!
